The water level should touch the bottom of the shallow strainer (B).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMoisten the shallow strainer (B) with a mister or spray bottle and evenly sprinkle seeds over it. Moisten the seeds once again with the mister.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWe recommend you to use about 5g of seeds for the surface of the shallow strainer (B) (approximately a full teaspoon) and cover them with the cap (A)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eChange the water regularly once a day (to prevent mould)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAfter 48 hours, or depending on the size of the sprouts, remove the cap and expose the kit to natural light\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe optimum temperature for germination and growth is +18 - 24°C\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe plants will be ready for consumption on the 7th to 10th day.
