All orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post and delivered locally by NZ Post.

• Shipping: Flat rate of $12.95 (Free over $199).
• Dispatch: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Estimate: 4–7 business days.
• Tracking: Your Australia Post tracking number will work on both the AusPost and NZ Post websites once the parcel reaches New Zealand.

Taxes & Duties: For orders under $1,000 NZD, no import duties or extra GST are typically collected on arrival for Australian exports. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver should they occur.

Please note: Due to strict biosecurity regulations, we do not ship seeds or organic fertilisers to New Zealand.

We don't include any paperwork with deliveries so the recipient won't see any pricing.

We have a 30-day easy returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
