Jami at Backyard Botanist was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful with advice regarding my QLD bottle tree.
Any issue that came up, Jami was responsive, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. When my grow light wouldn’t turn on after installation, she immediately organised a replacement without hesitation.

I bought the moisture meter to help me with water my new plants. I am a new plant owner and my worst worried is to kill my lovely plants for overwatering or not enough. The item is really easy to use and works as described.

Genuine, no fuss service from Jami when it came to a warranty claim for a Haws watering rose which was replaced in a timely fashion.
I would personally like to thank Jami for their fantastic service and communication regarding a warranty issue. I purchased a Haws watering can and unfortunately after a year and a half, it was faulty with a leak. As soon as i notified Backyard Botanist, Jami was onto it and was extremely diligent to assist with claiming a warranty on my item, and they have organized a replacement for me. Thank you once again Jami, for such a pleasurable shopping experience.

There was a mix up with the item I purchased so Jami called me personally the next day and gave me many different options for my item, she was lovely so understanding and took time to explain the new item I was receiving, she wrote me a personal note in my order and also chucked in a little free gift because there was a mix up with the originally item I purchased, couldn’t reccomended Jami or the shop more and will definately be repurchasing!
This is a long overdue review. Bought a pair of soil moisture meters awhile ago and very happy with the friendly customer service and product. Even got a free coffee voucher which was so nice to see the care and human interaction between seller and buyer. I wish backyard botanist all the very best as they are awesome.
