Delivery Details //
All orders within Australia are sent via Parcel Post ($10, free over $149) or Express Post (prices vary, not always available for heavy/bulky items). Orders ship in 1-2 business days.
Please note that we cannot ship potting mixes to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania or NZ due to biosecurity regulations. Seeds also can't be shipped to WA.
International shipping is currently available to New Zealand, the US and Canada, and is calculated at checkout based on your total order weight. There is a maximum weight for automatically calculated international rates, after which you will need to please reach out for a custom freight quote.
Click & Collect is available from Abbotsford (VIC), but please note that our warehouse and showroom is only open Monday-Thursday, 10am-3pm. We know these hours are limited and won't work for everyone, so please just reach out if you need to collect an order outside of those times; we'll always do our best to accomodate :)
