Shipping to New Zealand starts from $12.00 NZD and is calculated at checkout based on your total order weight. There is a maximum weight of 10kg for automatically calculated rates, after which you will need to please reach out for a custom freight quote.

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and the standard delivery time to NZ is 4-7 business days. You may also see an express option (2-5 days) if your total order weight is below 5kg.

As the receiver, you are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged on arrival by the destination country.

We don't include any paperwork with deliveries so the recipient won't see any pricing.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
