As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice.

This decision has been made to ensure compliance with the new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements. Specifically, the requirement for duties and taxes to be prepaid on all shipments prior to their arrival in the US.

Shipping to the United States is calculated at checkout based on total order weight. There is a maximum weight of 10kg for automatically calculated rates, after which you will need to please reach out for a custom freight quote.

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and the standard delivery time to North America is 5-9 business days. You may also see an Express Delivery option (3-6 days) if your total order weight is below 5kg.

As the receiver, you are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged on arrival by the destination country.

We don't include any paperwork with deliveries so the recipient won't see any pricing.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
