The ideal match for the Haws Cradley Cascader, Selly Soak or Sutton Splash outdoor watering cans, these Plastic Bedding Roses feature a durable brass face and tough plastic back. Suitable for a range of gardening tasks, the roses' oval shape provides a broader coverage than a round Potting Rose.

Fine Spray (High Flow)
Offers the same fine droplet size as the Fine Spray rose, but with more holes for a higher flow rate. Still gentle enough for most watering tasks, it delivers water faster, making it a versatile, everyday choice. Supplied as standard with the Cradley Cascader and Selly Soak.

Fine Spray
Light droplets delivered evenly across a broad area. Enables you to gently tend to your seedlings without damaging them.

Extra Fine Spray
Very small droplets delivered slowly and gently across a broad area. Enables you to gently tend to your delicate seeds and seedlings without causing washout.

Coarse Spray
A heavier spray with larger droplets, delivering water more quickly across a broad area. Enables you to water your established plants quickly and efficiently.

Helpful hints
For a gentile, rain-like shower, fit the rose facing upwards, this allows water to fall evenly over the desired area. A downwards-facing rose offers a more focused flow. Avoid washout and dribbling by withdrawing the can from the area before it empties completely. Do not apply excessive force when fitting the rose, there should be a gap between the end of the rose and the shoulder of the spout, if the rose becomes blocked, soak in a weak solution of bleach or blow through with air.

Please note these roses are designed to fit Haws No.3 Plastic ferrule cans. They will not fit smaller indoor cans such as the Langley Sprinkler and Bartley Burbler.

These plastic roses have a tapered ferrule, and will fit the Warley Fall metal watering can. However, they only fit because the plastic is slightly malleable. Brass roses will not fit plastic watering cans.

If you’re buying a new plastic rose for an older plastic, or metal watering can, the small difference in size between the new rose and the old can might cause strain to the plastic. To avoid damage, we suggest submerging the rose in very hot water for a few minutes prior to fitting for the first time. This will allow the rose to create a custom seal and make sure that your new rose fits perfectly. After doing this once, your rose will retain its new shape.
