This duo features the original 100ml bottle of The Plant Runner's Indoor Plant Food elixir with dropper for exact measurements and minimal waste, plus a 500ml refill bottle to ensure you've got the goods on hand to keep your plants growing and thriving.
Designed by proud-plant nerds, Plant Runner's Indoor Plant Food liquid is a special formulation of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (N.P.K), trace elements and seaweed as a superfood your plants will drink up.
Simply add the concentrate to your watering can at the correct ratio, and water you plants as usual. No need to add any extra steps to your plant care routine - just add once and water in. Feeding should be done fortnightly while your plants are actively growing (spring/summer).

It is the best plant food that I have ever used,
I’ve been using this product for about two years now and my indoor plants have never been so healthy. Previously I needed to replace some plants on a fairly regular basis but can now enjoy watching them thrive rather than seeing them die all too soon.
This product is seriously drugs for plants. 1 year ago, this little fella was about 1/3 the height and with only 4 leaves, and had been that way for a long time. Enter this product and BOOM!

I had adopted a very sad Hoya. I had repotted, fertilised etc etc. no improvement. Gave it 2 doses of the indoor plant food and voila - leaves turned vibrant green and new growth. Very impressed.

My 2 30 year old ficus, living on my verandah, were left without water while I was overseas (Housesitters didn’t notice watering system was not working 😡). I was recommended the Neem fertiliser and after treating the plants every 4 days, one is definitely alive and I’m beginning to see the tiniest signs of life in the other one. Beautiful bottle and a great product
Have used Plant Runner for years with excellent results with plants in both potting mix and in semi hydro Leca. Being able to get the refill not only saves money but I am not running out any time soon. Have tried the other 'must have' liquid fertilizers, but Plant runner is by far the best on the market.

So we should feed fortnightly in spring and summer and what do we do in autumn and winter?
Also after we put the ratio in the water is it able to stay in the water till next time we need to fertilise?

We say fortnightly because most people water their plants once a week. So every second water while the plants are actively growing. This is usually spring and summer (in Australia) but if your plants are still growing over autumn and winter there's no need to change your routine (eg. if you have grow lights, carefully controlled conditions, or live up north). Plants don't care what month it is, they care about light and temperature.
You could also switch to a slow-release option like the Plant Runner Soil & Microbe Booster for those slow-growth periods. This ensures your plants still have access to any added nutrients they might use, with a much smaller risk of overfertilisng.
And yes, once diluted in water this plant food is still effective for up to 12 months.
