All Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post and leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days (usually quicker!).

• Parcel Post: Flat rate of $9.95 (Free for orders over $149).
• Express Post: Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Note: Express may be unavailable for heavy or bulky items.
• Tracking: All orders include end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Biosecurity Note: Due to strict state regulations, we cannot ship Potting Mixes to WA, NT, or TAS, and Seeds cannot be shipped to WA.

Sending a gift? Add a message in your cart and we'll handwrite a card for free! Whilst we don't currently offer a gift wrapping service, we take pride in every box we pack and so guarantee a great unboxing experience for the recipient :)

We don't include any paperwork with deliveries so the recipient won't see any pricing.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

It is your responsibility to get the item(s) back to us and any associated shipping fees are not refundable unless we are at fault. To begin the process, please contact us.
