Fabulous gloves!

I recently purchased the Thorn Proof Gardening Gloves hoping they would do the job… they are fantastic and do everything that they claim to. I’ve used them not only to get amongst thorny and sharp undergrowth but also for collecting firewood.
I am so very pleased to have bought these gloves and I’m sure they won’t be the last ones.

Perfect gift for gardeners!

I bought two pairs of these as gifts for different people and they both love them! The feedback was that are lovely and soft, so you still have good hand dexterity. At the same time the leather is strong enough protect well against rose thorns poking fingers and the usual scratches all up the forearms after a big day of gardening. I’m really glad they liked them. :)

Just as good as my welding glove and only half the weight

Impressed…just as good protection wise as my welding gloves but with the added advantage of light weight and more control!
We’ll see how long they last…the welding gloves have had 30 years of rose clippings!

Brought these beautiful gloves that are thorn proof and they really are. I have or had a number of roses in my front yard and used these gloves to remove them. They worked a dream and I will definitely be recommending Backyard Botanist to all my friends. Very happy indeed.

Hi Anita,
To properly care for these leather gloves, we recommend the following regime:
Begin by removing loose dirt with a soft brush or dry cloth. Then, for deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with a mild soap or saddle soap solution, avoiding over-saturation. After cleaning, air dry the gloves away from direct sunlight and heat. Finally, you can condition the gloves with a leather conditioner or oil to maintain their suppleness.
We do not recommend putting these gloves in the washing machine!
